Immediately I felt at home in Jessica’s place. Not only was the home exactly as described, I also felt safe staying alone with my fur baby. The layout is perfect and would comfortably accommodate a group. I especially loved the open concept. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and the decor is lovely without being “too much.” I could not ask for anything else. There are thoughtful touches throughout the home. The fenced in yard is also a plus. That feature was my dog’s favorite. The next time I plan a trip to Black Mtn. Or Asheville, I will check to see if Jessica’s home is available.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It is well furnished and has plenty of room for a family with children to spread out! The seclusion is also very nice here. Jessica the host is very responsive and willing to help make the stay perfect if anything is even minorly wrong! Also a huge plus of this home is the EV charger in the garage. You’ll save so much time compared to sitting and waiting at super chargers by staying here.
I highly recommend this home (or hosts other home) for your stays in this area!

I stayed at Jessica’s place for a week with my spouse, parents, brother, and his family. This house was absolutely perfect as an extended family getaway! It was spacious, cozy, and felt private and secluded even though it’s only 20 mins from downtown Asheville, and about 10 mins from grocery stores, great restaurants, and coffee. Jessica was a perfect host, and was available to answer any questions I had right away. She was even able to schedule an extra trash pickup when we needed it. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This was an amazing home. Beautiful, comfortable beds and couch, nice and roomy, had a lived in feel, in a positive way. (Unlike some Airbnb with very sparse and:or low end furnishings) Jessica was a gracious host with friendly communication. Bonus points for labeling the light switches!!

We loved staying here! The location of the home was ideal. We enjoyed being close to downtown, but not so close that we couldn’t enjoy the serenity of the area. The house was very spacious- great sized bedrooms and common areas. The home struck a great balance of being kid-friendly, but also clutter-free and EXTREMELY clean! The playroom was an awesome touch. Jessica was a spectacular host as well- she recommended things for us to do that aligned with our interests, and checked in on us to make sure our stay was going well. We all agreed that we would love to stay here again.

Jessica is a very hospitable host, and the accommodations were just as described and just right for our girls’ weekend. Jessica gave great advice when she knew where we wanted to visit and was excellent with communication.
The home was pristine, with thoughtful amenities. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. Area was peaceful and quiet.
Black Mountain is minutes away as is Biltmore, making Jessica’s home a perfect spot for visiting anything in the area. The house would also be great for a family with kids.
While we didn’t bring a dog, the house is fenced and a creative gate would allow a dog to safely be on the front porch.
All in all a 5-star stay.

This was our third time in this home and I’m telling you it doesn’t disappoint! Walkable to downtown, Lake Tomahawk, and all BM has to offer. Wonderful space, great backyard (fire pit to make smores and a bocce court). Comfy beds. You won’t regret staying here!

Jessica was an amazing host and was so welcoming. Her place was very clean and she provided everything and more. It was also very spacious. It was also very close to town. We would definitely stay here again!
